Palworld Endgame Checklist: What to Do After the Towers and Main Story

Quick answer

Close out any remaining towers and Hard Mode rematches, open the Foot of the World Tree for Awakening, start feeding the Statue of Power consistently, commit to one raid ladder, and run bounty, predator, and expedition income underneath all of it.

The credits are not the wall players think they are. The towers were the tutorial for five separate endgame loops, and most of them only open once the story stops telling you where to go.

Finishing the story in Palworld 1.0 does not end progression, it changes its shape. Up to that point the game hands you a target. Afterward you are picking between five loops that all pay differently, and the common failure is bouncing between all of them without finishing any. This checklist puts them in an order that compounds.

1. Close out the towers, including Hard Mode

Tower bosses are the cleanest power check in the game and the rematches are where your post-story gear gets tested. If any tower is still sitting unbeaten on normal, that is your first stop. If they are all clear, Hard Mode is the honest measure of whether your team is actually endgame ready or just level 80.

Every tower, the World Tree guardian fights, and Hard Mode builds.

2. Open the World Tree and start Awakening

The Foot of the World Tree is the main post-story zone and it gates the Awakening system, which raises stat caps rather than just stats. Awakening crystals cost Holy Water and Radiant Gems, so this loop also forces you to build the Holy Water routine that everything else at the World Tree depends on.

3. Turn the Statue of Power into a habit

Statue of Power has two wallets that most players only half use. Effigies raise permanent player tracks. Pal Souls raise a single Pal's Health, Attack, Defence, and Work Speed to rank 20, at plus 3 percent per rank for up to plus 60 percent on a track. One maxed track costs 10 Small, 6 Medium, 6 Large, and 30 Giant Pal Souls, so this is a long-term sink you should be feeding continuously rather than in bursts.

4. Pick a raid ladder

Raids are the endgame's difficulty ceiling. The Summoning Altar unlocks at Technology level 33 and is where slabs and sigils get offered. Moon Lord runs off the Terraria collab chain, while the Ultra slab bosses sit at the top of the standard raid ladder. Pick one, build for it, and clear it repeatedly before you shop for a second.

5. Fund it all with the bounty economy

Every loop above wants consumables, and the bounty track is the cheapest source. Bounty tokens buy stat fruits at 25 each, implants at 15, and Kinship Peach at 15. Predator kills pay Giant Pal Souls and Predator Cores. Expeditions pay Ancient Pal Manuscripts in the background. Running these three in parallel is what makes the other four items on this list feel fast.

  • Bounty lap for tokens, then a vendor stop with an actual shopping list.
  • Predator route after dark for Giant Pal Souls and Cores.
  • Expedition Stations set before every session for manuscripts.
  • World Tree lap with Holy Water up for Paloxite, Mythical Wood, and Awakening mats.

6. Rebuild the base for endgame throughput

Post-story bases stop being about survival and start being about throughput. After v1.0.3 the oil loop is cheaper and Fiber from trees is doubled, which changes what is worth automating. If your base still looks like the one you built at level 30, it is now the slowest part of your progression.

Cheaper, faster oil extraction after the patch.

The order that compounds

  • Clear remaining towers so you know where your team actually sits.
  • Open the World Tree and lock in a Holy Water routine.
  • Start feeding the Statue of Power daily instead of occasionally.
  • Commit to one raid ladder and gear specifically for it.
  • Run bounty, predator, and expedition income in parallel underneath all of it.
  • Rebuild base throughput last, once you know what your loops actually consume.

Common questions

Short answers for searches that should land here, with links to the item, map pin, or related guide when you need more detail.

What should I do after beating the main story in Palworld?
Close out any remaining towers and Hard Mode rematches, open the Foot of the World Tree for Awakening, start feeding the Statue of Power consistently, commit to one raid ladder, and run bounty, predator, and expedition income underneath all of it. Story bosses hub
Is there endgame content in Palworld 1.0?
Yes. Tower Hard Mode rematches, the World Tree zone and Awakening, the Statue of Power rank grind, slab and sigil raids including Moon Lord and the Ultra bosses, and the bounty and predator economies all sit after the credits.
What is the fastest endgame power gain in Palworld?
Statue of Power Pal Souls give the largest single-Pal swing, since each of the four tracks goes to rank 20 at plus 3 percent per rank for up to plus 60 percent. Awakening raises the ceiling further, and stat fruits top off the gaps. Pal Souls endgame
Do I need to finish the story before the World Tree?
The World Tree sits on the post-story progression path and is reached through the Sunreach and Panthalus thread. If you are still working toward it, the unlock guide walks the route and the first Fast Travel pins. Unlock World Tree
