How to Use the Palworld Interactive Map: Filter Recipes for Every Job
Quick answer
Open the map with the Effigy link. It turns on all twelve Effigy layers (432 pins) and nothing else. For a single track, use a per-type link such as Lifmunk Effigy (157 pins).
The PalSphere map has over 10,000 pins. Turn them all on and you see nothing. Pick the job first, then open the exact layer with one tap.
PalSphere's map plots 10,754 points of interest plus spawn areas for 365 Pal habitats, counting Alpha forms. That is far too much to read at once. Every recipe below names the one job, the exact filter to turn on, and a link that opens the map with only that layer active. Tap a tile, do the job, come back for the next one.
Open the live map with its default view: Fast Travel points and Syndicate Towers only.
Open Palworld interactive mapHow a map link picks your filters
Every link in this guide sets the map up for you. You never need to type these by hand, but knowing what each part does helps you build your own.
- poi picks the layers. One layer or several, separated by commas. The word effigy turns on all twelve Effigy layers at once.
- habitat picks a Pal and draws its spawn area. Pal pages build this link for you, so start there.
- showHabitat=1 switches the spawn overlay on.
- habitatTime=night shows night spawns instead of day spawns.
- worldtree opens the World Tree map instead of the Palpagos Islands.
- When a link sets filters, only the matching filter section opens in the sidebar. On phones the Filters sheet pops open by itself.
Filter recipes by job
Pick a tab. Each tile opens the map with only that layer on, and the number on the tile is how many pins it shows.
Effigies
- Capture Power first: the Lifmunk Effigy layer has 157 pins, the biggest single track.
- Rare trio: Lunaris, Relaxaurus, and Yakumo have 8 pins each. One link shows all three.
- Cattiva Effigies are World Tree only. All 33 pins sit on the World Tree map, so that link opens the World Tree view.
- All Effigies at once: 432 pins across twelve types. Good for a full sweep, noisy for a short trip.

Step by step: build a clean map for any trip
- Press the reset button at the top of Filters. It clears every layer, even the defaults.
- Pick the Palpagos Islands or World Tree switch at the top left of the map.
- Turn on Fast Travel first so you know where the trip starts.
- Add one job layer from the recipes above. Two at most.
- Zoom to the region you will actually fly. Treasure chests and ore look like noise from full zoom.
- If you are hunting a Pal, add its habitat overlay last so the spawn area sits on top.
Saving and sharing a recipe
- Bookmark the link from this guide, not the address bar. After the map loads, the address bar drops layer filters and keeps only the Pal and World Tree parts.
- Habitat views do share cleanly. Picking a Pal turns the address into that Pal's spawn map link.
- World Tree views keep worldtree at the end of the address, so you can share those too.
Common mistakes
- Turning on Treasure Chests across the whole island. At 4,746 pins it hides everything else.
- Looking for Cattiva Effigies on the main islands. There are none there, only on the World Tree.
- Hunting a night Pal in daylight. Lovander has zero day spawn areas, so check the time buttons first.
- Looking for merchant pins. The map does not plot merchants yet, so use the Merchant locations guide for where each shop sits.
- Expecting Mimog Effigies on the map. They come from capturing Pals, not from world pickups.
