Palworld Effigy Map Route: Pickup Order by Stage, Region, and Track

Quick answer

Start with Lamball and Lifmunk in easy areas, then Munchill, Rooby, and Pengullet in mid areas. Leave Herbil, Tanzee, Depresso, and the rare tracks for late game, and sweep Cattiva on the World Tree.

Each Effigy track clusters around one part of the map. Clear them in the right order and you max most Statue of Power buffs without ever flying into a zone you cannot handle.

Effigies are not spread evenly. Most common tracks sit in one tight cluster around a single Syndicate Tower, and those clusters range from starter-friendly to brutal. This route reads the map for you. It groups every track by how dangerous its area is, tells you how many Effigies each Statue of Power track actually needs, and links each stage to a map with only those pins on. For what each buff does, see the All Effigies guide.

See every Effigy pin before you plan. Turn tracks off as you finish them.

How many Effigies you actually need

  • Lifmunk Effigy (Capture Power): 100 offerings to max. The map has 157, so 57 are spare.
  • Common tracks need 20 each: Lamball, Pengullet, Munchill, Rooby, Herbil, Tanzee, Depresso, and Cattiva. Each has 30 to 33 pins, so you can skip the worst 10 or so.
  • Rare tracks need 4 each: Lunaris, Relaxaurus, and Yakumo. The map shows 12 rare spots in total, so every one counts.
  • Mimog Effigy needs 287 offerings, all from capturing Pals. No route needed, just keep catching.
  • Total world pickups to max everything except Mimog: 272.

Where each track clusters

Regions below are named after the closest Syndicate Tower, since those names show on the map. Danger is how strong the nearby bosses are.

  • Lamball: 22 of 31 near the Free Pal Alliance Tower. The easiest track on the map.
  • Munchill: 29 of 33 near the PIDF Tower.
  • Rooby: 26 of 32 near the PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower.
  • Pengullet: 30 of 32 near the Eternal Pyre Tower.
  • Herbil: all 30 near the Moonflower Tower.
  • Tanzee: 19 near the Feybreak Tower, 8 near the Eternal Pyre Tower, and 3 near the Azure Covenant Tower.
  • Depresso: all 30 near the Azure Covenant Tower, where nearby bosses sit around level 60 to 70.
  • Cattiva: all 33 on the World Tree. None on the main islands.
  • Lifmunk: everywhere. Every tower area has between 11 and 30, and the World Tree has 16.

The staged route

Each stage lists what to clear and a map link with only those tracks on. Stages follow the level of nearby bosses, not story order, so skip ahead if your team is strong.

Stage 1: early

  • Lamball: 19 of its 31 pins are in areas where nearby bosses are under level 30. Grab those plus one more and the track is maxed.
  • Lifmunk: 39 pins sit in the same easy areas. Start Capture Power now, it helps every capture after.
  • Route tip: start at the Free Pal Alliance Tower side, where Lamball and Lifmunk overlap.

Lifmunk and Lamball only.

Stage 2: mid

  • Munchill: 30 of 33 pins are in level 30 to 50 areas around the PIDF Tower.
  • Rooby: 31 of 32 are in level 30 to 50 areas around the PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower.
  • Pengullet: 20 of 32 are in level 30 to 50 areas around the Eternal Pyre Tower, with 6 easier ones.
  • Lunaris and Yakumo, easy half: 4 of their spots sit near the Free Pal Alliance and PIDF Towers, with nearby bosses mostly under level 40.
  • Lifmunk: 52 more pins in mid areas. That brings you to 91 of the 100 you need.

Stage 3: late

  • Relaxaurus: 4 spots, one each near the Eternal Pyre, PAL Genetic Research Unit, PIDF, and Moonflower Towers. Nearby bosses run from level 38 to 58.
  • Herbil: 25 of 30 pins are in level 50 and up areas around the Moonflower Tower.
  • Tanzee: all 30 are in level 50 and up areas, mostly around the Feybreak Tower.
  • Depresso: the hardest common track. Every pin is in a level 50 and up area.
  • Lunaris and Yakumo, hard half: spots near the Azure Covenant and Feybreak Towers, where nearby bosses are level 60 and up.
  • Lifmunk: finish the last 9 from the 50 pins in late areas.

Herbil, Tanzee, Depresso, and the rare trio.

Stage 4: World Tree

  • Cattiva: all 33 pins. You need 20 for max stamina savings.
  • Lifmunk: 16 more pins if you skipped some on the islands.
  • Lunaris and Yakumo: the last 2 rare spots.
  • Cattiva pins sit closer to Fast Travel points than any other track, so this is a quick sweep once the World Tree is open.

Route rules that save time

  • Pair tracks that share a region. Lifmunk overlaps every cluster, so keep it on for every trip.
  • Start each circuit at a Fast Travel point. Rooby and Relaxaurus have the longest walks from one.
  • Offer at the Statue of Power when a track fills. A full stack in your bag does nothing.
  • Turn a track off on the map once it is maxed, so only useful pins remain.
  • Visit every Lunaris and Yakumo spot. One full circuit of all 8 maxes both tracks.

Common mistakes

  • Hunting Depresso early. Every pin sits in a level 50 and up area.
  • Searching the islands for Cattiva Effigies. They are only on the World Tree.
  • Chasing every Lifmunk. You need 100 of 157, so skip the dangerous ones.
  • Planning a Mimog route. Mimog Effigies come from captures only.

Quick answers

  • Best first track? Lamball, then Lifmunk alongside it.
  • Hardest common track? Depresso, near the Azure Covenant Tower.
  • How many rare Effigies do I need? 4 each, 12 in total.
  • Where is Cattiva? Only on the World Tree, 33 pins.
