Palworld Egg Locations: All 902 Egg Spawns on the 1.0 Map

The Palworld 1.0 map carries 902 Pal egg spawn points. They split into six regional types in our extract: 326 in the Tenraku set, 183 volcanic, 175 glacier, 164 grassland, 48 desert, and just 6 in Sakurajima. Tenraku is the internal label for the sky island tier, which is why the largest egg pool in the game is also the one most players never reach.

That distribution is the whole answer to why egg hunting feels unrewarding early. Grassland has 164 pins and desert has 48, so a low-level player is picking over roughly a quarter of the total while two thirds of the eggs sit in late-game regions.

Egg spawns by region

• Tenraku egg spawns: 326 pins. The sky island tier and by far the largest pool.
• Volcanic egg spawns: 183 pins.
• Glacier egg spawns: 175 pins.
• Grassland egg spawns: 164 pins. Where most players start and finish their egg hunting.
• Desert egg spawns: 48 pins.
• Sakurajima egg spawns: 6 pins. Effectively a rounding error, so do not plan a route there for eggs.

Wild eggs are not bred eggs

Worth separating clearly, because the two systems get conflated in every search result. Wild eggs come off the map, they hatch into whatever the region rolls, and you cannot influence the passives. Bred eggs come from a Breeding Farm, and the parents control both the species and the passive pool. If you want a specific Pal with specific passives, the map is the wrong tool.

• Use wild eggs for Paldeck coverage, hatch experience, and early condenser fodder.
• Use bred eggs for anything with a target species or a target passive set.
• Wild eggs still need an incubator, so the level 10 Egg Incubator unlock gates both systems.
• Mutated and ominous eggs are their own category with their own rules, and both have dedicated guides.

Running an egg route

• Filter to one regional type at a time. All 902 pins on screen is unreadable.
• Bring a flier. Egg pins cluster on terrain that is tedious to walk and trivial to fly.
• Clear your incubator bank before you leave. Coming home with eight eggs and one free slot is the classic mistake.
• Do not detour for the six Sakurajima pins. Two thirds of the game's eggs are in Tenraku, volcanic, and glacier.
