Palworld Life, Power, and Stout Fruit: Stat Fruits Explained and Where to Buy Them

Quick answer

Each one permanently raises a single stat on one Pal. Life Fruit raises Health, Power Fruit raises Attack, and Stout Fruit raises Defense. The in-game description says each use slightly increases the stat, so treat them as repeatable small top-ups rather than a single big boost.

Life, Power, and Stout Fruit are the only permanent way to nudge a single Pal's raw stats without breeding a new one. After v1.0.3 the reliable supply is a vendor counter, not a raid table.

Three fruits raise a Pal's permanent stats: Life Fruit for Health, Power Fruit for Attack, and Stout Fruit for Defense. The in-game text on all three is the same warning label, a precious fruit that is extremely difficult to obtain which slightly increases one stat. That word slightly is doing real work. These are small, repeatable nudges, not a one-shot power spike, which is exactly why the price you pay per fruit matters more than any single use.

What they are not

Palworld has four different fruit-shaped systems and players mix them up constantly. Sorting them once saves you from feeding the wrong thing to the wrong Pal.

  • Skill Fruits teach active combat moves. They do nothing to base stats and live on their own farm loop.
  • Starfruit and Ripe Starfruit are condenser currency. They raise Pal Rank stars without hunting duplicate copies.
  • Kinship Peach raises Trust, which is the affection track, not a combat stat.
  • Lotuses, Remedies, and Elixirs are player-side. They raise your character, never a Pal.
  • Life, Power, and Stout Fruit are the only three that permanently move a single Pal's Health, Attack, or Defense.

Where to buy them after v1.0.3

Stat fruits are shop stock, and two counters carry them. The Bounty Vendor is the cheap route if you already run bounty targets, and the Arena Vendor is the fallback if your Battle Ticket pile is deeper than your token pile. The gap between the two is large enough that it should shape which endgame loop you run tonight.

  • Bounty Vendor: 25 Bounty Proof for any one of Life, Power, or Stout Fruit. Same counter also stocks Kinship Peach at 15, combat implants at 15, Ripe Starfruit at 50, and Pal Reverser at 7.
  • Arena Vendor: 100 Battle Tickets per stat fruit. Also the counter for element Skill Fruits at 30 to 45 tickets and player implants at 50.
  • The Bounty Vendor pairs with the bounty board loop, so the fruit supply scales with how many bounty targets you clear per session.
  • Neither counter runs out permanently. Both are grind-gated rather than stock-gated, so the real cost is time per token.
Successful Bounty Token

Successful Bounty Token

25 per stat fruit

A token of having defeated a bounty target. By giving it to a Vigilante Bounty Officer in villages or towns, it can be exchanged for a reward.

Battle Ticket

Which Pal gets the fruit first

Because each fruit is a small increment, spreading them across a wide roster wastes them. Pick the two or three Pals you actually field and pour everything into those. A stat fruit spent on a Pal you will replace next week is a token burned.

  • Power Fruit goes to your damage carry, the Pal you actually swap in during boss and raid burn windows.
  • Life Fruit goes to whatever you ride and tank on, since mount uptime is what keeps you alive in open-world fights.
  • Stout Fruit is the last priority for most players, and the first priority if you keep dying to raid adds rather than the boss itself.
  • Feed a Pal you have already committed to condensing and awakening. Stat fruits stack with those systems rather than competing with them.

How stat fruits fit the rest of your investment

Four systems raise a single Pal, and they are additive rather than exclusive. Condenser stars give a flat percentage across Health, Attack, and Defense. Statue of Power Pal Souls give up to plus 60 percent on each of four tracks. Awakening pushes stat caps higher with Radiant Gems. Stat fruits sit underneath all of that as the small manual top-up you can buy on demand.

Practical order: breed or capture the Pal you want, get the passives right, then condense, then feed souls, then use stat fruits to close whatever gap is left. Doing fruits first is not wrong, it is just easy to forget you spent them once the bigger multipliers land on top.

Common mistakes

  • Feeding fruits to a breeding donor. Donors pass passives and IVs, not fed stat gains, so the fruit dies with that Pal's role.
  • Buying Arena fruits at 100 tickets when you have untouched bounty pins on the map and could pay 25 tokens instead.
  • Spreading single fruits across ten Pals. Nothing feels different and the tokens are gone.
  • Butchering or condensing away a Pal you already fed. Check your fed roster before you feed the condenser.

What do Life, Power, and Stout Fruit do in Palworld?
Each one permanently raises a single stat on one Pal. Life Fruit raises Health, Power Fruit raises Attack, and Stout Fruit raises Defense. The in-game description says each use slightly increases the stat, so treat them as repeatable small top-ups rather than a single big boost.
Where can I buy stat fruits in Palworld after v1.0.3?
The Bounty Vendor sells Life, Power, and Stout Fruit for 25 Bounty Proof each, and the Arena Vendor sells the same three for 100 Battle Tickets each. Bounty tokens are the cheaper route if you are already clearing bounty targets. Merchant locations
Are Skill Fruits the same as stat fruits in Palworld?
No. Skill Fruits teach a Pal an active combat move and do not touch base stats. Life, Power, and Stout Fruit only move Health, Attack, and Defense and never teach a skill. Skill Fruits guide
Do stat fruits stack with condenser stars and Pal Souls?
Yes. Condenser stars, Statue of Power Pal Souls, Awakening, and stat fruits are separate systems that all apply to the same Pal. Fruits are the smallest of the four, so most players use them to top off a Pal that is already condensed and fed souls. Statue of Power
