Palworld Player IVs: Lotuses, Remedies, and Elixirs
Quick answer
Lotuses feed player IV / talent style upgrades. Follow the lotus guide for sources and when each lotus is worth spending.
Player IVs are permanent Attack, Health, Stamina, carry weight, and Work Speed. Lotuses gate every Remedy and Elixir. Farm Oil Rigs and the Ancient Relic Recycler, then spend Predator Cores.
Players call these permanent bumps player IVs. Five tracks: Might (Attack), Vital (Health), Stamina, Burden (carry weight), and Speed (Work Speed). Each track has a Remedy (small) and an Elixir (large). Both need Lotuses plus Predator Cores. Pals cannot drink them.

How to get Lotuses
Live drop tables print Lotuses from Oil Rigs and the Ancient Relic Recycler. No vendor sells them. Predators do not drop Lotuses.
Oil Rigs
- Lotus (S): Rayne Syndicate Oil Rig and Rayne Syndicate Platform Oil Rig (Large_01 table). About 4% each track per clear.
- Lotus (L): Rayne Syndicate Test Drilling Rig (8%, 1-2) and Platform Oil Rig Large_02 table (10%, 1-3).
- All five colors roll on the same rig tables. You will not always get the track you want. Bank extras.
Plot every Oil Rig on the interactive map.

- Feed Decayed, Dormant, Glistening, Glowing, or Gorgeous Ancient Relics into the Ancient Relic Recycler.
- Every Lotus (S) and Lotus (L) color appears on those recycler tables. Rates are low (often under 1% per color row), so treat this as a long AFK drain, not a burst farm.
- Higher-tier relics (Glistening and up) print better Lotus odds than Decayed.
- Same recycler also drops Ancient Civilization Cores and World Tree mats. Lotus runs are never wasted.
Relic tiers, subspecies farms, and every recycler payout sit on the dedicated Ancient Relics guide.
Ancient Relics and Recycler guideWhat to invest first
- Burden (carry weight) if inventory is the bottleneck on every route.
- Might (Attack) and Vital (Health) for boss, Oil Rig, and Predator clears.
- Stamina for climb, glide, and long travel days.
- Speed (Work Speed) once combat survivability is fine and base crafts are the grind.
- Spend Remedies while Lotus (S) stock is high. Save Lotus (L) and double Cores for Elixirs on the tracks you care about most.
Predator Cores are the other half of every Remedy and Elixir craft.
