Expeditions are the background farm

Expedition Stations run without you. That is the entire reason manuscripts should never feel like a grind. Set long expeditions before you log off or before you head out on a bounty lap, and collect on return. The players who complain about manuscript scarcity are almost always the ones running two stations instead of six.

• Build more stations than you think you need. Throughput here is linear in station count, not in effort.
• Send teams that clear the success threshold comfortably rather than squeaking past it.
• Long expeditions match a play session or an overnight. Short ones match a base-building evening where you are around to reset them.

Process manuscripts in batches at your research bench so you always have finished manuals waiting.

• A fresh hatch carrying the passive set you bred for. Get it to cap before you invest anything else in it.
• A capture you plan to condense, since condensing a max-level Pal is cleaner than condensing a half-grown one.
• Any Pal heading into a raid or tower rematch this week, where the level gap is the difference between a clear and a wipe.
• Do not spend manuals on base workers. Work suitability and condenser stars matter far more there than level.

Building the stockpile
