Palworld Breeding Calculator 1.0 Updates

PalSphere's Breeding Calculator is built for 1.0. You still get the classic pair math, plus Pathways from the Pals you already own, a Mutation planner, and Passive odds. This post is the product tour. For farm Pals and cakes, use the Best breeding team Signal.

What the calculator covers now

• Parents → Egg: pick two breedable parents and see the child from CombiRank math plus unique combo overrides.
• Egg → Parents: start from a target child and browse parent pairs that produce it.
• Breeding Pathways: build a tree from the species in your box toward a goal egg.
• Mutation: cake odds, Alpha injectors, and the mutation pool without guessing.
• Passive odds: how likely a child keeps or rolls the passives you care about.

Pathways from what you own

Pathways is the 1.0 workflow most players needed. Mark the breedable species you already have, pick a goal, and the tool sketches a family tree. Hatchable lists expand through multiple egg generations and skip species already in your box. Use it when you are stuck asking which egg to hatch next.

Mutation and passives

• Mutation mode shows cake choices and what the mutation roll can change.
• You can simulate a roll to see Alpha and talent floors without wasting cakes in-game.
• Passive odds mode is for planning Ferocious, Legend, Swift, and other keepers before you commit a long chain.
• Keep theory light here. Open the tool when you need exact numbers for your pair.

Getting the most out of Pathways

Pathways works best when your owned-Pal list is actually accurate. Before you plan a long breeding chain, double-check that every species you think you own is really in your box, not sitting uncaught in the wild or lost to an old save. A tree built on a wrong assumption sends you chasing an egg you cannot actually produce yet.

Reading a Parents to Egg result

• The result reflects CombiRank math and any unique combo overrides in the data. It is not a guess, it is the actual child the game produces from that exact pair.
• If the result surprises you, check whether one of your two parents has a unique override recipe. Some specific pairs skip the normal CombiRank formula entirely.
• Try swapping the male and female role on the same pair. Some overrides only trigger in one direction.

When to use Egg to Parents instead

Flip to Egg to Parents when you already know the Pal you want and need to find a starting pair, rather than wondering what a pair you already own will produce. It is the faster path when you are chasing one specific target instead of exploring what is possible from your current box.
