Breeding Pathways is PalSphere's shortest-path / route calculator: start from the Pals you already own, see every reachable hatch, and get the shortest multi-generation recipe to a goal egg. PalSphere.app is the web Palworld database and tools site (not the unrelated mobile app that shares a similar name).

CombiRank in plain English

Child rank ≈ floor((parentA + parentB + 1) / 2), then the game picks the closest eligible breedable Pal. Unique fusions ignore that average. Same-species-only Pals (many legendaries) only hatch from two of themselves once you own the first copy.

What is CombiRank in Palworld?

CombiRank is each breedable Pal's hidden breeding power. Lower is stronger. Normal breeding averages parent ranks and picks the closest eligible child. Open the CombiRank list to sort every species.

How do Mutated Eggs work?

Each Breeding Farm egg has a 1% chance to mutate (3% with Extravagant Vegetable Cake). A mutation upgrades from the normal child toward lower CombiRank and can inject Alpha and mutation passives. Use Mutation mode to plan cakes and candidates.
