Where to Find Jetragon in Palworld 1.0
Quick answer
Jetragon appears at a single fixed Alpha Pal location in the far west of the Palworld 1.0 map, nearest to The Azure Tapestry fast travel point and close to the Azure Covenant Tower entrance. There is no wild Jetragon habitat anywhere on the map.
Jetragon does not spawn in the wild. There is exactly one Jetragon on the map, it is an Alpha, and it sits in the far west of The Azure Tapestry.
Jetragon has no wild habitat in Palworld 1.0. It appears at a single fixed Alpha Pal location in the far west of the map, closest to The Azure Tapestry fast travel point and within reach of the Azure Covenant Tower entrance. If you are sweeping the map looking for a Jetragon herd, stop. There is one, and it respawns at that one spot.
The Alpha Pal layer shows all 72 Alpha spawns, Jetragon included. Filter to Alphas and fly west.
Open Alpha Pal mapWhy there is no habitat entry
Our extract carries habitat spawn clusters for 365 species. Jetragon is not one of them, and neither are Bellanoir or Xenolord. Those Pals exist only as fixed encounters, which is why every wild-spawn tracker comes up empty and why the community answer is always a pin rather than a region.
That also explains the rarity numbers. Jetragon sits at combi rank 70, the second-lowest in the game, and rarity 20. Only a handful of Pals share that band, and all of them are fixed-encounter Pals rather than roaming ones.

Jetragon on PalSphereWhat to bring
- Ice damage. Jetragon is pure Dragon, so Ice is the clean answer and Frostallion or Beakon Cryst carry the element without needing gear swaps.
- Your best spheres. This is a rarity 20 Alpha, so Ultimate or Exotic tier at minimum and Ancient tier if you have the Ancient Workbench online.
- A sphere module. Homing Module is the strongest capture lever in the game and this is exactly the fight it exists for.
- Status effects. Sleep or paralysis raise capture probability, and Jetragon is mobile enough that pinning it in place matters as much as the numbers.
- A flier of your own. The approach is over open water and the fight tends to drift into the air.

Ultimate Sphere
Spheres
An item that captures Pals when thrown. Almost no Pals can escape its flawless design.

Ancient Sphere
Spheres
A tool that captures Pals when thrown. An ultimate Sphere created as the pinnacle of an ancient civilization, imbued with the power of the World Tree.

Equipping it makes the sphere home in on Pals, further increasing capture power.

There are two separate Jetragon goals and players conflate them constantly. Catching the Alpha gets you a rideable Jetragon. Reaching level 70 unlocks the Jetragon-related technology track, which is a different progression gate entirely. You can catch it before you can build for it.
What the level 70 unlock actually gives you and why it is separate from the capture.
Jetragon at level 70After the capture
- Condense it before you invest anything else. Jetragon can only be bred with another Jetragon, so duplicates are slow to acquire and worth planning for.
- Feed Pal Souls at the Statue of Power before stat fruits. The multipliers are larger and the fruits are the top-up layer.
- Awaken it once you have Dragon Radiant Gems and World Tree Holy Water. Awakening raises the stat ceiling that everything else fills.
- Keep it as your travel mount, not your boss carry. Ride sprint speed is the reason people want Jetragon, and it is genuinely best in class.
