Alpha Pals, Predator Pals, and Bounties share "big fight" energy and nothing else that matters for loot. Use the right map filter, bring the right spheres (or none), and chase the reward you actually need.

Legendary Sphere
72 pins
An item that captures Pals when thrown. Very few Pals can escape its perfected design.

Predator Core
29 pins
Core dropped by Predator Pals. It is filled with mysterious energy.

Dog Coin
156 pins
A mysterious coin. Apparently there are people who collect these. A Mimog will usually have them, but for some reason, they cannot be obtained by butchering it.
Alpha Pals
- Fixed world bosses with Alpha size and better loot. PalSphere plots 72 Alpha Pal pins.
- Capture matters. Alphas can be caught with a sphere tier that matches the level check.
- Several legendary weapon and armor schematics sit on Alpha/boss drop tables at about 3% (for example Blazamut → Assault Rifle Schematic, Jetragon → Rocket Launcher Schematic).
- Empty pins happen. Leave the area or Fast Travel out and back to reroll presence.
Predator Pals
- Rampaging Pals on the predator layer (29 plotted anchors). Species at each pin is consistent. Presence is not.
- Pal Spheres bounce. These fights are kill-only.
- Only Predators drop Predator Cores (100%, 1-4 depending on the target). Flat-4 farms first when you are mass-crafting Remedies and Elixirs.
- Same kills also drop Giant Pal Souls for Statue of Power ranks.
- Some Predators are night-only. Plan Bushi Noct / Incineram Noct style routes after dark.
Core amounts, flat-4 lists, and Elixir crafts.
Predator Cores guideBounties
- Board and world bounty targets. PalSphere plots 156 Bounty pins with level tags in the metadata.
- Clear them for bounty progression, tokens, and the Bounty Vendor loop (implants, fruits, manuals).
- Bounties are not Predators. Do not expect Predator Cores from a bounty clear unless that specific fight is also a Predator (check the predator filter).
- Use bounties when you want board rewards and vendor currency, not when you are Core farming.
Side-by-side priority
- Need Predator Cores or Giant Pal Souls → Predator map. Kill only.
- Need a capture, Alpha size, or a boss schematic row → Alpha map. Stock spheres.
- Need bounty tokens / vendor stock → Bounty map and the board.
- If you only have time for one loop tonight, Predators pay permanent player stats. Alphas pay roster and schematic lottery. Bounties pay the vendor track.
